It may be by adjusting damage cap to create more balance but also setting the minimum damage cap for fast hitters for a same amount of funding as several other classes. You can guys suggest what damage caps we should utilize. Or mainly the minimum cap damage for rapid hitters AND max damage cap, used for quite slow courses, quite good 1v1 damage dealer and that are built as a PURE bossing personality with a huge absence of benefit besides damage outputs.But I also buy Maplestory 2 Mesos that this remains pay2win because of this present possible system.
So my suggestion is not good finally. Additionally, I saw a man, I think it was AKradian, he suggested to give every classes a DPS cap which is the worst idea ever in my opinion, because certain ppl could just take a slow hitter and also have numerous support skills and are not supposed to be bossing. This is WAY more broken and unbalanced at cap level.
Thus, adjusting harm cap damage to lower cap for certain quick hitters who aren't necessarely bossing is required. There are factors like% abilities, number of strikes, role-play and buffing advantages which can be either attack, defense, avert, etc., to take into consideration to correct damage cap. Obviously, Nexon will do that task with test server by using same funding of all characters. Taking funds of a character who can deal cap the oldest (excluding Zero), examine harm and then fixing damage cap. Then, balancing !
Now about RPG aspect, the idea that I just mentionned above is not sufficient to bring it back. A revamp that is to modify Floor 50 and place Dorothy out of this dungeon and should be in a separate room. An area which we can defeat her in celebration!! Or expedition. So that they can match with my suggestion in preceding paragraph. We can also reducing other end-game boss HP or diminishing the timer and/or make them even more difficult to conquer.
And please get rid of% HP damage. Well about% HP harm system... that needs a rework. We must create defense, precision and avoidability much more usefull. I am aware there's a system similar for challenging magnus. I detect by financing my Hero further along with the number of times I try him, I recognize the%HP harm he copes on me with spin or rush seems LOWER!!
